Designing and Planning

In all processes of design and manufacture of above, we utilize the latest technology CATIA, CAD/CAM/CAE and SOLID WORKS software and thus, the maximum optimization on design is achieved which enables us to analyze the designs produced and how to use the best mounting / production procedures for those. All design related drawings created by CATIA and SOLID WORKS are then accurately printed out on to the paper which in turn offered for production process. All works at CNC facilities are carried out in parallel with the NC software produced with the aid of CATIA and SOLID WORKS.

All components designed on CATIA and SOLID WORKS are tested for their "working compatibility" and "adjoining" tolerances with one another. All mounting and installation simulations and on-line engineering works are properly and fully realized.
